Our Story
Social Services Trust is a secular, non-political, non-profit organisation formed back in 2008 by a group of social crusaders committed to working with the rural poor, youth, women, children and other deprived sections of society. Since then it has worked to raise the traditional living standards of its target communities through innovative programmes on health, education, drinking water, migrant & child labour, environment, culture, disability and sanitation.
Social Services Trust visualizes that a better world is possible. Youth, women and children can make a better society faster.
To organise and strengthen (capability development of) the community, focussing on youth, women and children, to achieve sustainable development through participation in the creation of a peaceful, harmonious and just society true to our culture and spirit — with attention to disaster mitigation and climate-change adaptation.
